Debra Wanner

Debra Wanner is an interdisciplinary dance artist. She has taught dance, improvisation, and creative movement to all ages in schools, community arts centers, and colleges. Debra has performed and toured with a multitude of choreographers including the Vanaver Caravan. Her own work has been presented in New York City in Dance Theater Workshop, Movement Research, Dixon Place, the 92nd Street Y, and Franklin Furnace among others. She has received awards in both dance and video and loves to venture into writing and acting. She is also a Feldenkrais Practitioner® and has a private practice in Catskill, New York as well as teaches classes in this method at Sadhana Center for Yoga and Meditation and at Columbia Greene Community College.
